Acey Mac

The Acey Mac apple is juicy, sweet and crisp. It is an excellent apple for snacking, and cousin to the McIntosh. Excellent for fresh eating and pies.

Cameo

Cameo has a pleasantly sweet-tart flavor and firm texture. Colored with a red stripe over a creamy background, Cameo is excellent for both cooking and fresh eating. A wonderful dessert apple!

Cortland

This cross between a McIntosh and a Ben Davis is a medium to large apple with deep red color and some striping. The flesh is extremely white and is slow to oxidize which makes it wonderful for salads, kabobs, and garnishes

Empire

An excellent fresh eating apple! A cross between a Red Delicious and a McIntosh, this variety has the best of both parents. It has a wonderful blend of sweet and tart that's great for everything.

Fuji

This Japanese apple has American parents, Red Delicious and Ralls Janet, an antique apple that goes back to Thomas Jefferson in 1793. Fuji is very sweet, juicy and popular!

Gala

A cross between a Cox Orange Red and Golden Delicious, Gala has a mild sweet flavor and a striking bright yellow-red color that attracts the eye. The apple has a crisp, creamy yellow flesh that is excellent for eating and salads.

Ginger Gold

A sweet, yet mildly tart apple with crisp, cream-colored flesh. The early ripening Ginger Gold will satisfy your need for a great snacking apple. Great for fresh eating and salads!

Golden Delicious

This medium to large apple has a honey sweet flavor with a crisp, light yellow flesh. Golden Delicious is excellent for eating, salads and sauce!

Honeycrisp

A cross between a Macoun and Honey Gold, this apple is large with a 50%-90% red color over a yellow background. Honeycrisp has an explosive crunch, great for eating!

Jonagold

This apple is a cross between a mellow Golden Delicious and a tart Jonathan. It is excellent for eating, salads, sauce and baking. This apple is medium to large with an attractive red blush covering a yellowish ground color.

Macoun

This apple will satisfy any sweet tooth! It is a medium sized apple with flesh that is tender and snow white in color. This is one of the best fresh eating apples and is available in the fall.

McIntosh

An old time favorite known for its aromatic fragrance and its distinct sweet and tart flavor. The apple is round with a blush of dark red over a green background. Excellent for eating and sauce!

Paula Red

The best of the early season apples. A medium to large round apple with full red color. Paula Red has a good shelf life and is excellent for fresh eating.

Pinata

Pinata is a wonderfully crisp apple with a taste that balances sweet and tart. The apple is red over a yellow-orange background and has bright white flesh. Great for eating, salads, sauce and baking.

Red Delicious

The Red Delicious is medium to large with an oblong shape. The full dark red color is very attractive which makes it a favored choice around the holidays!

This is a superb cooking apple that retains their shape beautifully, as well as its tart flavor. The apple is medium to large and has a full, deep, dark red color.
